With a regular yoga practice, you may also find relief from the symptoms of arthritis, asthma and back pain. At Tranquil Heart Yoga we offer monthly and annual memberships as well as A La Cart options.
Located within the 77077 district of Houston TX, we serve clients from the entire greater Houston area, including the areas of 77079, 77063 and 77042. In addition to Hatha Yoga instruction, we offer specialty classes in meditation and Chakra Yoga, classes designed to strengthen and balance the body’s core and hips, as well as special yoga events like therapeutic foam roller and Valentine's Day Couples Yoga.
