This Free Six-Week Meditation Challenge

March 1st – April 10

Sundays: 8:30am – 9:15am
Mondays: 6:45pm – 7:30pm
Wednesdays: 10:45am – 11:30am

This six-week series will teach you the basics of yogic meditation.  By the end of this series, you will easily and effortlessly be able to achieve very deep and high meditative states.  The benefits of regular meditation are many, so why not make a commitment to better handle your stress, boost your emotional state, and fortify your immunity!
Week 1:
Learn a quick and easy sequence to prepare the body for meditation.
Week 2:
Explore different breathing techniques to help balance subtle energies.
Week 3:
Understand how the mind interacts with consciousness.
Week 4:
Learn to chant and imprint sound partitions into the energy centers.
Week 5:
Gain independence from external stimuli and go deeper into meditation.
Week 6:

Put it all together with a heart centered meditation.

Tranquil Heart Yoga

Our amazing instructors draw from many traditions including Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Thai Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and the yogic and meditation traditions of Tibet. With this vast knowledge of the yoga tradition and the intrinsic understanding of the human body, our instructors will guide you through a practice that is not only physically challenging, but also mentally stimulating and emotionally uplifting.
