NEW CLASS: Yoga Nidra and Meditation: Thursdays at 7:00pm (Starting Jan 4)

After a deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra (sleep), we will explore the various aspects of classical yoga meditation. This class is perfect for people wanting to establish a meditation routine, for those who suffer from fatigue or high levels of stress, and for those who have limited mobility, yet want to glean the benefits of a yoga practice. This class is also appropriate for even the most experienced practitioners, and in many aspects is the most advanced form of practicing yoga.

As part of the regular Tranquil Heart Yoga schedule, regular class studio fees apply.

Our amazing instructors draw from many traditions including Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Thai Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and the yogic and meditation traditions of Tibet. With this vast knowledge of the yoga tradition and the intrinsic understanding of the human body, our instructors will guide you through a practice that is not only physically challenging, but also mentally stimulating and emotionally uplifting.
