Sadhana – 6 Weeks to a Personal Yoga Practice



In this 6-week introductory series you will be provided all of the tools needed to develop and maintain a comprehensive and meaningful practice. These classes are an introductory series for the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course starting in June, 2018. If you are interested in taking the Yoga Teacher Training, join this introductory series to see that this is the right training for you!

Week 2: 4/12 – Pranayama Techniques
Week 3: 4/19 – Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras & Bhagavad Gita
Week 4: 4/26 – Yoga Meditation
Week 6: 5/3 – Mantra Meditation Techniques
Week 7: 5/10 – Yoga Mudra
