Raja yoga means “highest yoga” which blends all traditional aspects of the practice to induce a more meditative state. The class will start with a traditional invocation, work with purification exercises (kriyas), postures (asana), breath (pranayama), and sense withdrawal (pratyahara), and meditation (dharana).
