Amy Atwood
Amy Atwood graduated from Texas A&M University with an early childhood degree and has over a decade of classroom teaching experience.
She began her study of yoga after the birth of her daughter in 2010. Amazed by the benefits of yoga, she began her 200-hour level certification through Yoga Fit. Wanting to learn more about anatomy and how the body works, Amy completed another 200-hour level certification through Andrew Royal Dugas.
Amy brings enthusiasm and warmth to all of the classes she teaches. As a devoted practitioner, she continues to evolve her practice and is eager to share with others all of the incredible gifts that yoga has to offer.

Leslie Cuenca
Leslie began her Yoga practice at various Houston studios and gyms in early 2000. She has worked as a dance and Group Fitness instructor since 2006 specializing in Belly Dance and Salsa. Her passion for Yoga began to blossom after experiencing Ashtanga in 2009 as part of her dance training. She fell in love with Yoga all over again and from 2010-2012 she continued to pursue her Yoga practice and studies.
Leslie received her Yoga teacher certification through the Jonny Kest LifePower Yoga Teacher Training program offered by the Life Time Academyin 2012. The program allowed her to receive comprehensive and practical instruction in asana, pranayama and meditation. She specializes in formats such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and meditation. Her schooling followed the teachings and methods of Yoga masters such as Krishnamacharya, B.K.S Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois and T.K.V. Desikachar.
Tom Pierson
Tom Pierson began his yoga practice in 2002 while studying opera in Los Angeles.When he returned to Houston, he continued his studies with at a local yoga studio, completing his 200-hour level certification in 2004. In 2005, Tom began a serious meditation practice, bringing a deeper dimension to his yoga practice and classes. Beginning in 2014, he began studying with Robert Boustany at Pralaya Yoga to acquire a 500-hour level certification. Tom is committed to helping each and every individual to become their best – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Additionally, Tom is a massage therapist and is available for appointments.
