This intensive series will explore the connections between yoga philosophy and practice and mental health, explain what is happening in the brain when we practice yoga and meditate, how to release emotions through yoga, and teach you to incorporate these techniques into your practice for a happy mind, soul and body. This series is appropriate for all ages, abilities and anyone who has ever experienced stress.

Each intensive will include a discussion on an aspect of yoga and mental health, followed by a Practice incorporating these concepts.

Tranquil Heart Yoga

Our amazing instructors draw from many traditions including Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Thai Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and the yogic and meditation traditions of Tibet. With this vast knowledge of the yoga tradition and the intrinsic understanding of the human body, our instructors will guide you through a practice that is not only physically challenging, but also mentally stimulating and emotionally uplifting.
